This page is dedicated to GLAY and what they mean to me.
I discovered GLAY in 2025 (too late i knowww...) when I was listening and watching the
MV of ANSWER by Kyosuke Himuro and them. I wasn't really into them and for no reason I disliked TERU. At first I started to like HISASHI or JIRO because of their style.
But yeah, I was just "Mehhh, just some band". I decided a few weeks later to
listen to them, it was 'HOWEVER' the classiccc. But it didn't grab me on GLAY, it wasn't my style I was
into Himuro and BOOWY's songs more. Then, I found a video. It was a voice comparison
of TERU singing yuuwaku, and it became my fav song and I started to listen to GLAY a bit more,
I like Summerdelics album.
But I took a small break of GLAY for about a month, but I was still watching a few vids of them because
I find them very entertaining and funny, and came back when they announce a new single: Dead Or Alive for the opening of ROR.
And I became an official GLAYER on december, buying a few GLAY merches like cards, albums, posters etc.
I think I didn't mention that I'm so addicted to TERU like a drug?
Since that video of him singing yuuwaku and another one, I couldn't help but just thinking about him EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. He seems like a sweet,
kind and caring person. I really want to meet him in the future, to talk about anything with him (I should keep learning japanese at first yabe yabeee!!!).
Anyways, I love talking about TERU to everyone, since SEPT 3rd 2025 lolll.
But I annoy everyone with that, I have no GLAY fans friends and it's pretty rare to find some these days, especially in France since I live here.
My favorite song of GLAY... I can't really choose, I love them all. But if I have a choice, I would say Winter Again, Manatsu No Tobira, Beloved or BiriBiri Crashmen. Winter Again has a special place in my heart, I felt like it was written for me because I kinda relate to the song a bit. Manatsu No Tobira, I love the demo and how TERU sounded in his indies. It's such a beautiful song if you understand it. Beloved just reminds me of my boyfriend (idk why) and also about my past a bit. And BiriBiri Crashmen, for some reason makes me cry since I was watching my GLAY VHS Tapes, I feel some nostalgia about something I wasn't even there because I wasn't even born lol. I mean, GLAY looked so good at their prime, even tho I prefer them now. I'm kinda sad that I was born to the wrong generation and country, but I'm so happy to know GLAY, I'll never regret that haha.
I might add more things in my site, it's still under construction and it's just for fun bc i saw a few geocities sites and it motivated me to make a neocities too!! so thx for reading my little glay story hahahaha I felt a bit nostalgic...
